Below are standard responses relating to any guest questions or concerns relating to Menominee Casino Resort

WHAT ARE OUR CURRENT AND FUTURE HEALTH AND SAFETY INITIATIVES?
All current health and safety efforts are listed below.

ARE YOU OPEN?
Yes, we are open!!! Bingo, table games, hotel and the Autumn Leaf Cafe will remain closed until further notice.

WHAT ARE YOUR CURRENT OPERATIONAL HOURS?
Starting May 28th 8am – 2am, we will be closing the casino daily from 2am until 8am for deep cleaning procedures.

Gift Shop: Daily hours will be 8am to 10pm.

Forest Island Restaurant: Is open with limited service and limited seating. Order and go service only. Hours are 8am to 8pm.

Spirit Island Lounge: Open 10am to 2am daily. No gathering is allowed at the bar.

Thunderbird Club: Sunday – Thursday 10am – 10pm, Friday – Saturday 10am – 12am

Thunderbird Restaurant: 12pm – 9pm. Carry-Out available only.

C-Store: 8am – 8pm daily.

WHAT ENTRANCE CAN I USE?
Guests are able to enter through the Main Casino Entrance or the Gift Shop Entrance. All other entrances will be closed.

WHAT ARE THE NEW REQUIREMENTS AT MENOMINEE CASINO RESORT?
All guests, visitors and employees are required to wear a mask that covers their nose and mouth. Guests may be requested to temporarily remove their masks for security to perform an ID check.
Effective immediately, no smoking or vaping/E-cigarettes is allowed inside the building until further notice. The outdoor courtyard is reserved for smoking use.

MASKS: IS THERE AN EXCEPTION FOR EATING & DINING?
Yes. While you are eating or drinking you can remove your mask. Please promptly put your mask back on once you have completed your drink or meal.

HOTEL
The Hotel remains closed at this time. We will update our Facebook and website with any future changes.

IS THE RV PARK OPEN?
The RV park remains closed at this time.

GIFT SHOP
The gift shop will be open daily from 8am to 10pm.

FOOD & BEVERAGE

WHAT IS OPEN?
The Forest Island Restaurant is open with limited service and limited seating. Order and go service only. Hours are 8am to 8pm.
The Autumn Leaf Cafe remains closed at this time.

ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED?
No. Anyone entering the facility, including gift shop and restaurant area, must be 21 years of age or older.

ENTERTAINMENT & EVENTS

We will be having lounge entertainment Fridays and Saturdays.

WILL YOU STILL OFFER CATERING, BALLROOM RENTAL AND CONVENTION SERVICES?
All services are suspended until further notice.

TABLE GAMES
All table games are closed until further notice.

BINGO
All bingo sessions are closed until further notice.

ARE BUS PROGRAMS STILL RUNNING?
All bus programs are discontinued until further notice.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO CURRENT NEWSLETTER/MONTHLY MAILER OFFERS?
We have started right where we left off. New offers have been assigned to your account as previous offers have all expired. Offers are limited to Free2Play at this time.

WILL MY OFFERS DROP BECAUSE I CAN’T PLAY DURING THE CLOSURE?
No, the closure will not affect your future mailings. Your offers are based only on play you have while using your players card.

WILL THE CLOSURE AFFECT MY TIER LEVEL?
No, the tier level will be re-evaluated based on the closure time period. We will announce the new structure soon.

WILL I RECEIVE MY MAILERS LATE?
Mailing dates will not change. We have not been informed of any delays or closures within the United States Postal Service. For any questions or concerns, please contact your local Post Office.

I WANT TO CHANGE/UPDATE MY MAILING ADDRESS
Updates to your mailing address can be made directly with our Guest Service Staff. You can contact them at 715-799-3600, ext. 5269.

PROMOTIONS
We will be having our ALL NEW Senior Mondays and our ALL NEW Forever Young on Thursdays. On Tuesdays will be having our Earn a Gift promotion. Visit our facebook and website with further information.

BIRTHDAY PROMOTIONS?
We will reactivate our birthday promo at a later date. Stay tuned.

GAMING (SLOTS)

WILL TICKET VOUCHERS BE VALID WHEN WE REOPEN?
Due to the closing of the Casino on 03/18/20 business day we will be accepting expired tickets for 60 days back from the closing date. The 60 days back from 03/18/20 is 01/19/20. We will accept any eTICKETs presented that fall within the dates of 01/19/20 to 03/18/20 until 07/25/20.

VIP/PLAYER DEVELOPMENT

HOW WILL THE TEMPORARY CLOSURE AFFECT MY POINT ACCUMULATION?
All points remain active. The closure period will not affect your points.
Maple Room is closed until further notice.

WILL I STILL RECEIVE MY WIN/LOSS STATEMENT UPON REQUEST?
We will continue to process Win/Loss statements and send out. This process may take a little longer due to shut down.

SPONSORSHIP & DONATIONS
All sponsorships and donations are cancelled until further notice.

May 22, 2020 Update

Valued Guests,

We are happy to announce as of May 27th at 10am, we will be welcoming you back to Menominee Casino Resort. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we move forth through these unprecedented times. We Care! You are all an extension of our family, that is why we have taken these additional measures to ensure the well-being, health and safety are priority one.

We Care measures:

• Hours of operation for May 27th, opening day,  will be 10am – 2am. Regular hours of operation will begin May 28th from 8am – 2am. The casino will be closed from 2am – 8am to conduct additional deep cleaning measures.
• Mask are now required for all of our guests and for all of our team members
• Total capacity limited to 50%
• Rearranged slot floor to respect social distancing practices
• Install protective shields at guest interactive areas such as Guest Services and Cashiers stations
• Floor markers to indicate social distancing spacing at areas where lines have a potential to occur: Guest Services, Cashiers station, Restaurant, Gift Shop and ATMs
• Hand sanitizing stations provided throughout the casino, please use prior to and after all transactions at Guest Services, Cashier stations and ATMs
• Increased frequency of slot machine cleaning. In addition, you may request your slot to be cleaned prior to gaming by turning on the ‘Service Light’. Please practice turning the slot machine ‘Service Light’ on once your gaming session is complete to alert our team that a game is in need of cleaning.
• Disinfecting wipes provided throughout the gaming floor for additional cleaning of slot machines, ATMs, chairs, etc.
• Advise and request our guests to refrain from grouping or gaming in pairs
• Employees are required to use hand sanitizer and clean work stations frequently in between shifts and breaks
• Higher frequency cleaning of frequently touched/used areas such as countertops, ATMs, credit card touchpads door handles & restrooms
• All Non-smoking facility, areas have been provided for smoking in our courtyard.
• Procedures, training and additional measures have been created to respond to COVID-19 visitors, exposure, etc.

Promotions and offers:

• Our promotional events will be suspended until further notice
• Guests’ monthly mail offers and coupons will continue on right where you left off. Please understand this closure time will not be accounted for in our evaluation processes.

Lounge Entertainment/Events/Concerts

• Live entertainment in our Spirit Island lounge has been suspended until further notice.
• Large events and concerts are temporarily postponed.
• All events will continue to be reviewed to ensure we are following all recommended health and safety guidelines. We will reevaluate and begin events once it is advisably safe to do so.

Forest Island Restaurant / Autumn Leaf Café

• While Autumn Leaf Café  remains temporary closed, a limited menu will be available in our Forest Island Restaurant

Table Games, Bingo and Hotel

• These areas have all been temporarily suspended until further notice
• We are striving to move forward at the safest rate possible to return all services for your enjoyment
